Awesome doctor and office. Super sweet staff and arelaxed environment. Wait time was alittle long but they had alot ofpatients soit's cool. The doctor was knowledgeable and personable and listened toeverything Isaid. 10/10

This was avery bad gynecologist experience. Ihad towait anextra hour after myscheduled appointment time, they only accepted cash but did not inform meof this beforehand, the doctors are not very comforting given how OBGYN visits are extremely personal and often unsettling, and the receptionist had abad attitude the second she picked upthe phone. She made mefeel asthough myquestions and concerns were stupid and wasting her time. Additionally, they've made obtaining mybirth control prescription more difficult than any other OBGYN I've ever beento. They have arushed and cold approach togynecology, soif that's what you're looking for you've found the right place.… – show

Been there 2times had the worst experience atechnician gave mea Clorox wipes. They diagnosed are wrong treat you for something then 2days later call you with new diagnostic treat you for something else. Nothing makes sense they schedule mea video visit that never happens it’s not worthy wasting your time over there find somebody else.

I would give this practice 31/2stars. There were afew things I’d like topoint out that needs tochange. Asfar asprofessionalism, the front desk staff keeps their conversations extremely loud while sharing their personal business infront ofpatients aswell asabout patients. Even ifyou’re speaking inanother language, itwould besmart tounderstand Spanish iscommon amongst many. Secondly Iwaited 45minutes after myappointment tobe seen, and Iwas ontime tobegin with. Not tomention myappointment got randomly moved 3hrs updue toover scheduling onthe practicesend, sothat was aninconvenience especially for afirst time visit. However, Iwould like tosay the phlebotomists who served asDr. Ed’s assistant made myvisit worthit. She was very warm, kind, and attentive. Not tomention how gentle she was with taking myblood and overall making mefeel comfortable from start tofinish. Iwish Ihad gotten her name, very sweet person overall.… – show

Poor bedside manner. Tried toschedule afollow upappointment and they said ifI booked online Iwould get myappointment. They never followed upon myresults and left aninfection untreated. Ialso waited nearly 2hours tobe seen when the last person came inwho’s appointment was afterme, the front desk clerk tried lying tome that she was beforeme. Don’t recommend this place atall.
Edit: The reason you can’t find meis because the name provided here ismy maiden. Furthermore the time to
make this right was when Isaw you last year. Ihave since found anew provider who was conscious ofmy scheduled appointment and took great care inmaking mefeel welcome and not alast minute inconvenience because Iwas the last person sitting inyour waiting room. Ifyour practices were shotty then Ihighly doubt your practices have changed. Based onother reviews here alot ofpatients have received similar haphazard care. Iremember trying tocorrect mybirth control rxand itwas anabsolute challenge even getting through tosomeone totalk tome and iwas still late tostart mybirth control because someone put inthe brand name rxvs generic and myinsurance wouldn’t coverit. Iwas only able torectify the situation bybegging the pharmacist tocall you because ihad somuch trouble getting through and itwas atime sensitive issue.… – show00

Dr. Kakossian was extremely helpful and provided mewith additional medical samples. Everyone atthis practice isvery helpful, kind and I’m able topick upmy prescription medications very easily and fast.

Terrible place! Just the worst clinic ever. The staff isso rude, sounprofessional, somean, just beyond unacceptable. They literally have nopatients now Iknowwhy. Ifeel awful, wasted mytime, been humiliated, they hang upon meseveral times, bulliedme, ignored mycalls. Iwant toescalate this matter ona legal level. Next time you bully patient think twice.

Great experience each time I've visited the Broadway location. From the front desk tobeing inthe back with staff and doctors, every one treats mewith respect and kindness. They make sure Ifeel comfortable and know exactly what's going tohappen atthe visit, taking time toexplain and pause for questions. Really happy Iswitched tothis practice.

The only person Ifelt comfortable with and who made mefeel cared for was the phlebotomist who took myblood. One ofthe receptionists made judgmental remarks about apatient who didn’t know how toopen the door properly. She also made abig fuss when Ididn’t hand her both ofmy insurance cards. The doctor was very quick with the exams. Everything was finished inwhat felt like five minutes even though Iwaited about 40minutes after myscheduled appointment time tobe seen. There was nopauseto help meget comfortable ortake deep breaths. Ifelt rushed and the exams hurt alittle. Instead ofcoaching methrough itthe doctor just spoke faster and said it’ll hurt more ifI don’t relax which made meeven more anxious. Myprescription for aUTI was also not filled onthe sameday. This was myfirst time atan OBGYN ever. Next time Iwill bemore intentional about searching for atrauma-informed OBGYN.
It's been over amonth since myappointment and Istill cannot get ahold ofDr. Tusheva togo over mylab results withme. The receptionist onthe phone (they work out ofthe Broadway office inthe mornings) isrude, aggressive and unhelpful. The person hung upon meonce, refused totell mewhyDr. Tusheva did not call meon the day ofmy follow upappointment and then yelled atme about having todeal with a“situation” atwork and put meon hold indefinitely. They cut meoff from talking and said tocall the Midtown office ifI couldn't wait. I've never experienced such blatant disrespect from adoctor's office. Stay away from this office ifyou’re seeking actual medical care and follow-up.

One ofthe most frustrating experiences I've ever had with adoctor.
1. They want cash payment for copays under $50.
2. They are impossible toreach over the phone during business hours. They donot have direct email.
3. They constantly need tochange myappointments toother locations, doctors, dates,etc.
4. They consistently got myappointment locations mixed upbetween their Broadway and Brighton Beach office. When Itried tocall soI donot get acancellationfee, they don't answer their phones. You cannot reach them (only they will call YOU for appointment reminders), and send you constant automated appointment reminders even after you've cancelled.
5. They donot offer preventative care without extra charge unlike other OBGYNs (and that iscovered byinsurance).
6. Nurse does not thoroughly screen ortake your blood pressure.
5. They donot contact you about your results— you have tocall them. Ifthe doctor decides tocall you back, you'll becharged for atelemedicine appointment.
6. Doctor was unprofessional and was ano-show for myappointment. Iwas charged for acheck upthat never happened, and receptionist encouraged meto reschedule because itwould be“too difficult” torefundme.
Please save yourself the headache and donot come here. Donot put your health intheir hands.… – show00
