I will attach the rest of the pictures. I've got new cable pulled and should have paid more attention when tearing out the old. My cable colors are black, red, white and green. I can change color to stick with code/normal operationI have a 3 thermostat and 3 zone valves that are all the same

Welcome to the forums.

So as not to get confused with the wiring in the other thread... you have a new one.
Your valves are identical. Instead of flying leads you have screw terminals.

This diagram shows your terminals but with attached wires.
The Th/Tr is a dummy terminal... a splice point only.

Ok...
I see red and white on the transformer. There is no polarity to these connections.
I see red and black on the TT terminals. There is no polarity to these connections.
You will be moving the red wire to Rh at the stat.

Basically the same diagram as the other thread....

I wired it that way and it fried my aquastat. My aquastat normally had 24vac on T and TV is that normal?

Yes.... the aquastat has 24v on T and TV. Your zone valves create a short across T and TV, the relay closes and there is no longer 24v measured there. Since your zones valves have fully isolated boiler control switches.... your thermostat wiring should have no affect on the aquastat.

If you burned up the aquastat you may have a short to ground in the wiring from the aquastat to the valves red wires.

I checked voltage, my incoming is good so is my T1 and T 2 terminals. Turned off my thermostat and checked TV terminal to ground is 0VAC and my T terminal to ground is 3VAC. My W terminal has 24VAC to ground. Is this a sign on a bad transformer inside the aquastat?

There should always be 24vac on transformer connections T1 and T2.
With the thermostat off there should be 24v from T to TV.
With the thermostat calling for heat.... there should be 0v on T and TV.

I would expect to see any voltages to ground but it possible.
Since you are seeing 24v.... your transformer is ok.

First of all I just like to say thank you for sticking with me. Secondly I only have three volts AC between T and TV. T1 and T2 still have 25 volt AC. When I call for heat I agree T&TV go to 0 volts but even when I remove the (w) wire from my thermostat or turn off the thermostat I only get 3 volts AC.

No problem.

Have you tried disconnecting the red and black wires from T and TV ?
If you only have 3v ..... the relay coil may have gone bad.
The resistance of the relay coil is what allows the transformer voltage to be seen on T and TV.
The relay is plug-in and replaceable.... relay

That's is great, thank you.
what do you believe caused it so I don't burn up a second one?

Not sure what you burned up.
Transformer failure is common when an external transformer is incorrectly connected when using 3 wire zone valves. Since your valves have isolated switching... that problems doesn't exist.
