The holidays are a time to gather with friends and family, drink lots of co*cktails and eat all of those small little appetizers after a hard, cold December week at work. And one of the most popular holiday drinks is the Eggnogg (after Champagne of course).

Eggnog is a traditional holiday drink that is either prepared with or without alcohol and eventually spiced with nutmeg. It isn’t for everyone; it is one of those things that either you love it or you hate it. Some people like to add rum, some like to add bourbon, and some like to drink it straight up without alcohol.

When I think of eggnog, all that comes to mind is the Captain Morgan Eggnog because it’ll help relieve the stress of shopping, the family gatherings and of course it will put you in the great holiday mood. Enjoy this classic eggnog holiday drink with rum to keep out the winter cold/blues.

Here is the Captain Morgan Eggnog Holiday drink recipe:

Ingredients:
1 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
4 oz Eggnog
1 pinch nutmeg
2 Cinnamon sticks

Preparation:
Pour rum into a small highball glass, and add eggnog. Stir together, top with nutmeg, and garnish with cinnamon sticks. Enjoy and Happy Holidays!!
