The RSM Excellence Academy is apaid summer leadership experience, leading to further career development opportunities, including two potential paid internships and a chance to work for RSM full time upon graduation, as well as consistent engagement with a mentor.
The summer experience isscheduled forJuly 25 - 28, 2023,in Orlando.Theprogram isdesigned to develop outstanding business, accounting, technology, and engineering studentsfrom Black, Latinx, and Hispanic heritagefor internships and full-time employment.This is a program for students three years from final graduation (firstyear students in afour-year program orsecond-year students in afive-year program).
Students will have an opportunity to build relationshipsand professional skillsthat will assist them in their educational and career development, while experiencing the unique and interesting perspectivesof theRSM employeeswhoshapeour firm.
Interested students can visithereto apply and learn more about the program and its qualifications.Applicationsare due by March 5, 2023.
