The Formfit® Ankle brace provides stability and protection for the ankle whether used prophylactically, for chronic instability or following an injury. A hybrid between a rigid ankle stirrup and a soft ankle support, the Formfit Ankle ensures a close fit which limits inversion, eversion, flexion and extension movements. The low profile design fits easily into shoes and the quick lace up feature makes it easy to don and doff. Breathable material ensures it can be comfortably worn all day.

Ankle brace

My daughetr feels very secure in her braces. Great for those with hyper mobile ankles as it has the firm support needed. A little uncomfortable on the ankle bone itself as the hard plastic rubs against it, but other than that it provides the right support she needs.

So good about to order another

The Figure-8-Ankle Brace is so good, I'm here to order another one. I was originally told to get one of these as part of surgical recovery years ago after falling tearing ligament from bone which had to be reattached with screws. Last year I fell and broke the same ankle. This brace was again part of the rehab. I now use these braces on farm, walking on uneven ground etc.

The only issue I have is that the black on black laces can be hard to see, particularly in low light. It's a pity they can't be fitted with speed laces. Possibly the only other issue is that for hard wearing as I do the straps could probably do with being made heavier duty, but for normal level use in rehab they're fine.
