A: Yes. Through our partnership with Global-e, we are pleased to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in over 100 countries. Q: How will I know how much my order will cost?
A: Just add items to your basket and click on the checkout button. Global-e will calculate and display a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the United States to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
Q: Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
A: No. When you use the international checkout, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by Global-e. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.
Q: What currencies does Global-e support?
A: Currently, Global-e supports billing in over 40 global currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis. Click here to view and select from a list of our supported currencies. Once you confirm your preferences, you will be able to see products priced in your selected currency.
Q: I live in the United States. Can I use Global-e to ship an order internationally but pay in US dollars (USD)?
A: Yes, Global-e supports international gift-giving, in that you can receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally, but pay in USD using a US credit card. This also works if you're an American traveling or living abroad.
Q: What payment options does Global-e support?
A: Currently, Global-e supports Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and PayPal with additional payment options coming soon.
Q: What if my packages hasn't arrived yet?
A: We are unable to guarantee a delivery date for packages shipped via airmail. Tracking for airmail orders does not always update daily, and in many cases airmail deliveries can still arrive between 45-60 days. Please be aware, that we are unable to raise a claim for an airmail order until after 30 days from dispatch.
Q: How much does international shipping cost?
A: International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
Q: When am I billed?
A: Your credit card will be billed by Global-e at the time your items leave the United States.
Q: How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?
A: Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the international checkout.
Q: Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?
A: If, for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, Global-e will notify you during the checkout process.

Q: Can I purchase or redeem international gift cards?
A: Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for internationally-shipped orders.
Q: What is your return policy for international orders?
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us atcustomerservice@pgatoursuperstore.comor 888-200-7428 and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Global-e in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
