Douty Street for a report of a male inside the bar brandishing a firearm. As officers responded to the location, they were advised by witnesses that the male subject had just exited the bar and may be in the parking lot. When officers arrived, they talked to a group of witnesses in the south portion of the parking lot and while they were gathering information, they heard a gunshot come from a vehicle near their location.
